What's the Most Important Quality in a Plastic Surgeon?

Distressing to suspension it to you, only your summer vacation was probably not as exciting equally Cary Deuber's. That'due south because The Existent Housewives of Dallas cast member put her skills as a practicing certified registered nurse first assistant to use during a flight back to Dallas from vacationing in Zurich, Switzerland last calendar week.
"We were merely hanging out, just chilling. I was getting my kid [3-year-old daughter Zuri] all settled in. And I heard one of the flight attendants talking about needing oxygen. And I kind of was like, 'Huh, is something incorrect with the plane?' I was getting worried," Cary said during a recent interview with TMZ Live. "And then they came over the PA and said, 'Is there a doctor or nurse available, anyone on board who's willing to help? Nosotros take a sick passenger.' So I jumped upwards."
Cary immediately got her gloves on and started evaluating the passenger, who had fallen ill about an hr into the flight. "I took his pulse, and I put him on oxygen. He wasn't having chest hurting, which is good. It didn't look like a stroke or anything that needed the shipping to divert," she explained. "That's what they were kind of trying to decide, so I kind of helped them make that call. I evaluated the guy, and I went dorsum and went and got Mark [her husband, who is a plastic surgeon] and he evaluated him as well. We kind of decided that he would be OK. Nosotros did have them call the paramedics to run across the shipping when nosotros landed to take care of him."
Though this may sound like something from a moving picture, this scene wasn't really that out of the ordinary for Cary. "It'due south funny, because this has happened to me before," she said. "This is, like, the third time this has happened. So I kind of knew the drill."
RHOD pal Marie Reyes later commended Cary for her selfless actions during the flying.
Cary said during the interview with TMZ Live that her high-pressure career has helped her deal with the drama ofRHOD — and vice versa. "It's unlike, and it definitely has had its challenges. I've learned a lot from it," Cary compared her role equally a nurse to that of existence onRHOD. "But I definitely think that I am well-equipped because of the amount of stress that I have in my normal career. I mean, I used to exercise trauma and vascular surgery, so I feel like that definitely helped me deal with some of my co-stars."
Information technology sounds like Cary'due south relationship with her frequent adversary LeeAnne Locken is pretty healthy these days, too. "Nosotros're cordial. I oasis't seen her much. I've been in Switzerland. Obviously, I got dorsum terminal dark. I've been gone for almost a month. I haven't actually seen anyone," she closed out the interview. "But we chatted a while agone, and everything'due south fine. Everything's skilful."
